Hello, I’m Paul Bright,
I’m just a regular guy who has fortunately had some success with losing weight. However, this wasn’t always the case.
This may sound bizarre, but my first attempt to lose weight was actually my most successful attempt. I lost 20.3 kilos and kept it off for about a year. Unfortunately what happened was for no apparent reason, my eating and exercise habits changed significantly, and I started to put back on the weight.
I put back on 10kgs, and was getting really frustrated that no matter what I did, I just couldn’t get motivated for more then a week to lose weight.
So in desperation and utter frustration I started reading books and listening to cds on the different tools and techniques that can help me get my motivation back up, and lose the weight again.
Some of what I found was good, but most was junk. But I am pleased to say that I have found, and adapted some great resources which has helped me to start losing weight again. While I’m not back to where I was before, I am certainly on the right path.
This is my reason for creating this website, its to help people who have either done what I’ve done, or haven’t lost anything yet, implement the different tools I’ve learnt so they can finally increase their motivation to lose weight.
